Charlotte Reeves

Chartered Physiotherapist

MCSP BSc Bristol 2006

Charlotte graduated with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy in Bristol in 2006. Building upon her passion for sport and fitness she achieved a Diploma in Personal Training, Sports Massage Therapy and Nutrition.

Charlotte believes in a combined approach to care with hands on treatment and specific exercises for superb results. She specialises in deep soft tissue massage to speed recovery from injury and prevent problems from occurring.

Charlotte has a deep understanding of the active patient, whether a professional athlete, a builder or a mother of young children.  She also recognises how life experiences, day to day and occupational stress can cause changes in our soft tissues, which could cause pain if not treated with skilled deep soft tissue massage.

As a very active person she is keen to promote a healthy lifestyle for all and can offer advice on nutrition, lifestyle management and training programmes for people at all levels of activity.  Having trained and competed in an array of different sports herself, she revels in the challenge to return patients to their sporting arena through specific conditioning.

Charlotte has always competed to a high level in sport including county tennis, England U18 Women’s Rugby, English school athletics, hockey and university rowing.  She has won triathlons and became the Superhuman Games Champion in 2013.

In her spare time Lottie enjoys horse riding, walking her dog, gardening and travelling the world!

Lottie works on Mondays 9am-5pm.
